Reut Blaywais

I am currently in the final year of my PhD studies at the Faculty of Management at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, conducting research under the supervision of Prof. Mosi Rosenboim and Dr. Uriel Haran. My doctoral research is in the field of behavioral finance and investigates the economic value of moral judgment. Specifically, I examine the way investors’ judgement of firms’ immoral conduct impacts their investment choices. I also work as a lecturer (in the following courses: Introduction to accounting, Introduction to financing and Introduction to probability) and organize the weekly seminar of the Center for Decision Making and Economic Psychology (DMEP).
Ilan Torgovitsky

I am a PhD student at the Guilford Glazer Faculty of Business and Management Ben Gurion University of the Negev. I received my BA in Psychology from The Open University of Israel and my MSc in Cognitive Psychology and Human Factor Engineering from the Technion. My main research interests are advice-taking and advice-giving. My additional focus of interest is metacognition. I also teach statistics with Excel and R programming.

Shir Itschakian

I am a second-year student in the Honors Research MBA Program at the Guilford Glazer Faculty of Business and Management, specializing in Organizational Behavior. My current research investigates the effects of individual differences and expertise on advice taking.
Leorre Newman

I am a M.Sc. student, specializing in Data Science, and a B.Sc. student in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Ben-Gurion University. My master thesis project, co-guided by Dr. Uriel Haran and Prof. Lior Fink, concerns the effect of recommender systems on user autonomy in mobile use. This work is supported by an Interdisciplinary Research Fellowship awarded in 2020. I also work as a teaching assistant of Introduction to Java Programming.
